Fiber Tower Operator 1:
The Production Operator is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing machines to assemble and process products, covering the full machine lifecycle from setup through long production runs. The role works under direct supervision and ensures products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Your role:
You will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines, tools, and equipment, performing standard and complex production tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
You will monitor equipment performance and product output, conduct testing, record production data, and ensure quality specifications and tolerances are consistently met.
You will maintain accurate production and maintenance records, ensuring proper documentation and traceability for manufacturing performance analysis.
You will maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety, environmental, and security practices, including lockout and shutdown procedures.
Working shifts:
Training period (4–6 months):
First Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday)
Second Shift: 1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday)
After training:
12‑hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 1+ year of experience operating complex manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, screw machines, or similar automated production machinery.
Your skills include machine setup and operation, quality monitoring, precision machining, digital recordkeeping, and adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety standards.
You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Training, or an equivalent level of education.
You’re a reliable, detail‑oriented team player who is comfortable working shift‑based schedules, including extended and rotating shifts, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $16.37 to $26.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
