aiGENE is a startup in BioScience 1 on the Anschutz campus. We are developing a method that is anticipated to increase the sensitivity of liquid biopsies at least 10x. Our unique method allows people to collect cfDNA from urine at home. In addition to being faster, easier, safer, and less expensive than going to a clinic for a blood draw, it supplies 10x-100x more cfDNA. It has applications for cancer, maternal health, fetal health, organ transplant health and other important, and currently challenging, medical diagnosis and monitoring.
Join us in our mission to provide crucial improved source material that can lead to improved diagnosis and treatments for patients.
We are currently seeking applicants for two positions: Research Assistant and Senior Scientist. Both roles play critical sparts in our ongoing projects and our commitment to improving patient care.

aiGENE is improving liquid biopsies 10x or more by supplying more DNA. cfDNA is obtained, entirely non-invasively, at home, without professionals, from urine. We make orders of magnitude more cfDNA available than blood draws, enabling higher sensitivity, as well as increased accessibility and participation.
