Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager—Women’s Health (RSM-WH) plays a key role in the marketing and sales position for a portfolio of allograft products and works closely with customers, peers, hospital leaders, and internal team members. This role will focus on building Company presence in the Women’s Health space, specifically the Urogynecology space and will lead field sales initiatives and marketing needs for the assigned brands. This is a fast paced, high visibility sales role with opportunity to engage with surgeons and hospital leadership as part of the selling process.
The RSM will demonstrate a strong understanding of the soft tissue matrices market segments and have experience in medical device or tissue sales and marketing. The position is a field-based role, central to driving the future brand growth in women’s health markets. The RSM develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market and channel opportunity. This role coordinates with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects and to ensure that customers’ needs are exceeded. The manager will develop and grow contacts within the medical industry to provide relevant information and remain current with partners and competitors’ activities.

Pay: $95,774/yr - $121,859/yr. based upon relevant experience
Incentive Plan: Approximately $60,000 annually at target performance (Approx. OTE: $155,000–$181,000 annually); commissions are uncapped.
Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Remote -Field Based - Texas, Colorado, or within the Eastern Time Zone (Candidates must reside within 60 miles of major commercial airport)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets for Women’s Health products and services, with a primary focus on soft tissue and acellular dermal matrices (ADMs).
- Take full ownership of all regional field sales efforts, including directing local indirect distribution network and direct sales efforts for the Women’s Health space. Create and accelerate new business opportunities within the Women’s Health soft tissue and acellular dermal matrix/fascia/amnion market segments.
- Lead and develop independent representative network to include but not limited to recruiting, training, expansion, and management to assigned sales goals and developing strong relationships with independent representatives.
- Drive market penetration strategies across Urogynecology, OB/GYN, hospital systems, surgery centers, and related accounts. Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate sales objectives. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the operating room, providing clinical case support and product expertise to surgeons and clinical staff as part of the sales process. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Women’s Health products, procedures, and clinical applications to effectively communicate clinical value propositions, outcomes, and economic benefits.
- Travel extensively to hospitals and healthcare facilities to build and manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and increase sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Development teams to support product launches, clinical research, training initiatives, and promotional strategies.
- Hire, lead, and manage Associate Regional Sales Managers in the Women’s Health space, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and professional development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Escalate and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner to maintain strong account relationships.
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings, planning sessions, and training programs as required. Contribute to annual sales planning, budgeting, and territory design discussions.
- Cultivate results-driven partnerships by understanding customers’ clinical, economic, and operational needs and aligning internal resources to deliver value-based solutions that drive new business growth. Establish and strengthen relationships with key hospital decision-makers, including physicians, supply-chain, administrators, and executive leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, resource allocation, and processes related to business opportunities.
- Develop key opinion leaders to assist in development of the assigned brands.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, reimbursement dynamics, and overall market conditions.
- Identify emerging clinical and industry trends within Women’s Health and develop tactical responses to competitive threats. Provide regular market intelligence reports to senior leadership. Support sales leadership with territory insights, strategic planning, medical meeting participation, and hospital contract negotiations as needed.
- Lead and manage RFP processes in collaboration with National Accounts, AlloSource leadership, and Strategic Partners.
- Negotiate, draft, and execute customer contracts and amendments. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to address legal, regulatory, quality, technical transfer, supply, production, and distribution requirements.
- As part of the S&OP process, collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and tissue prioritization based on customer demand.
- Must reside within 60 miles of a major airport.
- Overnight travel required, up to 50%, driving is an essential function of this position.
- Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
- May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
I. Bachelor’s Degree Plus the Following Experience:
- 6-9 years sales experience in medical, surgical, implantable and/or disposable products within a hospital, surgery center or physicians’ office setting, including a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in women’s health, skin substitutes/biologics, and/or tissue banking
- In lieu of 6+ years sales experience: 9+ years working for AlloSource with 6 of those years working in a sales or account manager role within the CBD division
- Experience leading and managing direct and indirect sales forces

II. 11 + Years sales experience in medical, surgical, implantable and/or disposable products within a hospital, surgery center or physicians’ office setting, Including:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in women's health, skin substitutes/biologics, and/or tissue banking.
- Experience leading and managing direct and indirect sales forces

III. Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Driving is an essential function of this position. Must maintain a valid driver's license for the assigned territory area with acceptable driving history* and a minimum of $100,000 personal liability insurance coverage if operating a personal or rental vehicle for Company business. (*Subject to yearly review of MVR and acknowledgment of Vehicle Policy)
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or related field
- Sales or marketing experience in medical device, human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps), surgical, implantable, or disposable products
- 5+ years of sales experience in women’s health, skin substitutes/biologics, and/or tissue banking
- Experience working in an operating room environment.
- Experience selling directly within Women’s Health & Urogynecology market
