Key Responsibilities
Territory & Coverage Support
- Provide immediate field coverage for vacant territories, LOAs, and/or transition periods
- Maintain consistent reach and frequency across assigned accounts
- Execute full-territory responsibilities, not just priority account coverage
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to management and stakeholders.
- Effectively utilize territory resources including marketing materials and sales tools.
- Adhere to compliance and legal rules when interacting with customers.
- Responsible for reporting Adverse Events and Technical Complaints to Tolmar Pharmacovigilance and Patient Safety (PSSP) that you learn of per SOP-00821, Pharmacovigilance and Technical Complaint Reporting
Customer Engagement & Execution
- Deliver high-quality HCP and account interactions aligned to brand strategy
- Support pull-through efforts, including B&B execution and access-related conversations
- Maintain continuity in patient flow, prescriptions, and refill activity
Business Agility & Deployment
- Rapidly onboard to new territories, geographies, and account landscapes
- Adapt to varying BU needs (launches, pilot programs, surge support)
- Collaborate with RSDs, KAMs, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless handoffs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services to solve account-level barriers
- Align with KAMs on system-level strategy and execution support
- Share field insights to inform business strategy and coverage needs
- Engage with the Tolmar team for ongoing skill development
Success Measures
- Maintenance of coverage continuity (calls, reach, frequency) during vacancies
- Minimal disruption to prescribing trends and account engagement
- Speed and effectiveness of territory onboarding and execution readiness
- Positive feedback from RSDs, KAMs, and cross-functional teams

Role Structure
- Reports to: Regional Sales Director (with centralized deployment coordination)
- Home Base: Pediatric Endocrinology BU
- Travel: High (multi-territory, short-notice deployment)
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to four years of industry sales experience
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new territories and customer types
- Strong business acumen and account management skills
Preferred
- Experience in specialty, rare disease, or institutional selling
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple geographies or complex territories
- Experience working cross-functionally with KAM, Market Access, or Medical teams
Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel geographically as business needs require.
- Ability to spend 4 nights a week traveling for business.
- Flexibility to relocate within the U.S. as needed.
